Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and AdLens (“AdLens”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) governing your access to and use of the AdLens platform at getadlens.com. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use AdLens.

1. The Service

AdLens is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that connects to your Meta Ads accounts and provides campaign analytics, AI-powered insights, anomaly detection, automated optimization (Autopilot), and weekly performance reports. The service is provided on a subscription basis.

2. Accounts & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement — either on your own behalf or on behalf of an organization. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it up to date. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information or are used in violation of these Terms.

3. Subscriptions & Payment

Plans

AdLens offers three subscription plans billed monthly:

• Solo -$29 / month. 1 connected Meta Ads account.
• Growth -$79 / month. Up to 5 connected Meta Ads accounts.
• Agency -$199 / month. Unlimited Meta Ads accounts.

Prices are in US Dollars and are exclusive of any taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities. You are responsible for paying all such taxes.

Billing Cycle

Subscriptions are billed monthly on the calendar date you first subscribed. Subscriptions auto-renew unless you cancel before the renewal date. Payment is processed by Stripe. By providing a payment method you authorize us to charge it on each renewal date.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we will retry according to Stripe’s dunning schedule. If payment is not recovered, your subscription will be placed in a “past due” state and access to certain features may be restricted. Access will be fully restored once a successful payment is processed.

Plan Changes

You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time via the Stripe Customer Portal. Upgrades are effective immediately and prorated. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period.

4. Refund Policy

All subscription payments are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial months, unused time, or periods when the service was not used. If you cancel your subscription, you retain access to the service until the end of the current billing period, after which your account is downgraded and dashboard access is removed.

Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion for documented billing errors. To request a review, contact us at support@getadlens.com within 7 days of the charge.

5. Meta Ads Integration & Ad Spend

AdLens connects to your Meta Ads account using the Meta Graph API. By connecting an account you grant AdLens permission to read campaign data and, if Autopilot is enabled, to make changes to campaign settings on your behalf.

AdLens is not responsible for any ad spend, budget changes, campaign pauses, or other modifications made to your Meta Ads accounts -whether executed manually, via Autopilot, or as a result of a bug, API error, or unauthorized access. You are solely responsible for monitoring your Meta Ads accounts and all ad spend incurred. We strongly recommend setting spending caps directly in Meta Ads Manager as an independent safeguard.

You must comply with Meta’s Advertising Policies and Platform Terms at all times. Violations of Meta’s policies are your sole responsibility.

6. Autopilot & AI Features

AdLens includes an Autopilot feature that can automatically pause campaigns or adjust budgets based on predefined performance rules. It also provides AI-generated insights and recommendations powered by Anthropic’s Claude.

You use Autopilot and AI recommendations entirely at your own risk. Specifically:

• Autopilot actions are based on a 7-day performance window and a fixed set of rules. They do not account for your broader marketing strategy, seasonality, external events, or business context.
• AI-generated recommendations are suggestions only. They are not financial, marketing, or legal advice.
• AdLens is not liable for any loss of revenue, missed conversions, incorrect budget changes, or campaign disruptions resulting from Autopilot actions or AI recommendations.
• You are responsible for reviewing Autopilot logs and disabling the feature if results are not aligned with your goals.

We recommend testing Autopilot on a small subset of campaigns before applying it broadly.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use AdLens for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network used by AdLens.
• Access any other user’s account or data.
• Use AdLens to manage ad campaigns that promote illegal products, services, or content.
• Resell, sublicense, or provide the service to third parties without written consent.
• Use automated scripts to scrape or extract data from the AdLens interface.
• Overload our infrastructure with an unreasonable volume of API requests.

Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

AdLens and all associated software, trademarks, service marks, and content are owned by or licensed to us. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service during the term of your subscription solely for your internal business purposes.

You retain all ownership of your Meta Ads data and any content you create or upload. By using AdLens you grant us a limited license to access and process that data solely to provide the service.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DEFECT WILL BE CORRECTED.

We do not guarantee the accuracy of insights, recommendations, or analytics generated by AdLens. Campaign performance data is sourced from the Meta API and subject to Meta’s own data accuracy and availability limitations.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ADLENS, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL FEES YOU PAID TO US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability for consequential damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AdLens and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, liability, damage, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from (a) your use of the service, (b) your violation of these Terms, (c) your violation of any third-party rights, or (d) actions taken by Meta on your ad accounts as a result of your use of AdLens.

12. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation stops future charges; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you materially breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. Upon termination we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or by displaying a notice in the dashboard at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules. Class actions and jury trials are waived to the extent permitted by law.

15. General

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AdLens with respect to the service.
